Friends of the Columbia River Gorge Birdblind Hike May 7th

April 23 will be a Busy Day at the Delta (EcoBlitz / Turtle Survey)

This coming Saturday, April 23, there will be an all day volunteer event at the Delta (~8:00 AM to ~4:00 PM).  This event is a survey of wildlife species at the Delta, and part of a region-wide survey. There will be tree planting activities at the Delta this coming week.  These are both private events, so this is just a notice. Tree Clearing over the Holidays

Posts are better late than never… As everyone knows, there can be some pretty good winds at the Delta.  And, with an abundance of cottonwood trees, there will always be some trees to clear off of trails.
