Friends of the Sandy River Delta » Proposed Troutdale Power Plant

We were briefed on a proposed power plant to be located on the West side of the Sandy River Delta. The plant is proposed by an investment corporation, and they are in the process of applying for permits. A public notice period is imminent.

Jeff is the chair of the Friends of the Sandy Rive Delta, and has been working with a group of dedicated volunteers and the Forest Service since 2005 to help keep the Sandy River Delta accessible to the many users who have discovered the area as a great place to recreate.
